Alameda Pug Sunday

Can't get enough of Pug Sunday? Well here's one more for the calendar. San Francisco is on the first Sunday on the month, Walnut Creek is on the second Sunday of the month, and Berkeley is on the last Sunday of the month. What happened to the third Sunday? Can't leave that open, so lets get it started at our NEW Small Dog Park in Alameda. Pass the word on to your fellow pug owners. For additional information, log onto www.alamedalittledogs.org

Come and play with some great East Bay pugs on the last Sunday of every month at Cesar Chavez Park at the Berkeley Marina. Starts at 10:00 am.

Pug Sunday In Chico The First Sunday Of Every Month Our Mission: "To Promote the health and well-being of pugs: Education to the public through meetings held monthly on the first Sunday of the month and by fostering, caring for and finding suitable homes for unwanted, stray or abandoned pugs". It's a lot of fun and the pugs love getting together each month. Fun to watch for any dog lover.

The Original Pug Sunday In San Francisco

This gathering meets on the first Sunday of every month (Weather Permitting). The Pugs congregate at the top of the hill in Alta Plaza Park. This park is located between Scott and Steiner with the cross-streets being Jackson and Clay. People usually show up around 1:00 pm and it lasts until the last Pug has gone home which is around 4:00 pm.

Pugs n' Play in Santa Cruz

These folks and their pugs gather the 2nd Sunday of every month.  They meet at the lighthouse on Westcliff Dr in Santa Cruz. This is a new group and they look forward to seeing new faces. Their meeting will be on March 10th. For more information you can go to their Yahoo web site and view recent pictures at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pugsnplay/  Twice monthly play dates. All Pugs, their owners & friends are invited for an evening to socialize and have fun in the park. When: 2nd Saturday of the Month June thru September 2004 Time: 5:30 p.m. til dusk Where: Alamo Creek Park (Off Dougherty Rd & Willow Creek Rd) Dublin, CA Note: Take the Hopyard/Dougherty Rd. exit off Hwy 580 (Hopyard Rd goes to Pleasanton – Dougherty Rd goes to Dublin) Park Amenities: Lots of lawn area, picnic tables, BBQ's, water fountains, play equipment and restrooms.
Pug Sunday in Mill Valley
Every 3rd Sunday of each month from 11am-1pm at the Mill Valley dog park. If it is a hot day, they bring the Pug Pool for splashing around in!
Pug Sunday Novato
Pug Sunday Novato is going strong with 40+ members. Get togethers are on the 3rd Sunday of the month, 10:00-Noon, held in Novato at the Hamilton Park Amphitheatre.

Pug Play Day at Doyle Park in Santa Rosa
Third Sunday of each month, starts at 3 pm & goes until our Pugs pass out from all the fun and excitement! This is an ongoing monthly event. Doyle Park's dog run area has plenty of shade and is gated so you can let your pug(s) run free off of the leash. Bring your own water and doggie bags, and a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Doyle Park is located off of Sonoma Avenue on Doyle Park Drive, just behind Doyle Park Elementary School in Santa Rosa. The dog park itself is located near the center of the park.

Join us for Pug Sundays in Sacramento, 2nd Sunday of every month starting February 9, 2003 (weather permitting) in Land Park, behind Fairytale Town, from 12-4. Vacaville Pug Sunday
Calling ALL dog people who love Pugs, Puggie Poohs, Puggie Wuggies and Pugsleys too! (Northern California - Solano County area) First Sunday Morning of every month! Fun starts at 11:00 am and goes until all the Pugs poop out! Come for some fun pug play. Bring water for the Pugs, Coffee for you, doggie bags, a chair or blanket and any other 2 or 4-legged goodies! There are several beautiful trees, in the grove right between McBride Senior Center and the Town Square Library. You can't miss it when you enter from the Town Square Parking Lot off Dobbins. This area is near the Creekwalk / Andrews Park in Vacaville. Small dogs welcome. If you have any questions, email vacapugpeople@yahoo.com

They get together on the second Sunday of every month (Weather Permitting). They meet in Walnut Creek at Heather Farm Park which is located just off Ygnacio Valley Road. The cross-street is San Calros Dr. The Pugs start arriving around 12 noon and goes until 2:00 pm. So spread the word!

Pug Playgroups

Pug Sunday in the Park, Walnut Creek
Meet us at Pug Sundays in Walnut Creek on the 2nd Sunday of the month. We gather at Heather Farm Park, Walnut Creek, CA (located off of Ygnacio Valley Road, cross-street is San Carlos Dr.) The festivities begin at 11AM and go until 2 PM, weather permitting. So bring a lunch and enjoy the company of other Pug owners while the "kids" play nearby!

The San Mateo Pug Meetup
We meet at 3pm on the first Sunday of every month at Seal Point Dog Park in San Mateo (Small dog area) and go until our pugs pass out. Seal Point Dog Park is fenced and the little ones can run off leash! Doggie and human water faucets are on site and there are benches and shade for sitting. We let our little pugs run, play and be goofy so that we all have some great laughs, photos and stories to share. Just show up or become a member at http://pug.meetup.com/526/

DeTurk Park's dog run area has plenty of shade and is gated so you can let your pug(s) run free off of the leash. A water faucet is on site and doggie bags are usually available. DeTurk Roundbarn Park is located on the corned of Decker St. and Donahue St. in the Railroad Square area. The dog park itself is located at the white roundbarn. If it rains we will meet the folowing Sunday. We hope to see you there!
